wow Grampo, thankyou so much for this. The 'match voting' function sounds like a really powerful option.... I had not heard of it before but it seems like a function we would DEFINITELY want to have as an integral part of this program.
So just to clarify, would it work like this: We make a new separate HIVE account that we can delegate to whose primary function is to automatically match vote donations to a number of whitelisted accounts (a list that we can continually update)?
