If a post is about creating a dividing line then that post should be down voted. Dividing lines are the province of Centralized Authority, not of Decentralization. Example: You used crayons so it is not art, art is using oil paints only. That is a divisive statement, it is dividing and demeaning, the person that created a stunning rendition of a natural scene from nature with crayons.

2^nd layer tokens are centralized. They are created by an individual, they cost money to create, and they are controlled by the person that created them. As far as I know there is no method in place to create a decentralized token in the second layer. You could get a group of people to do it and call it decentralized but it still would not be, the group would still control the token.
