People ignore History, always have always will. 3 year employee will still bitch, moan, groan, and complain until the day they are fired, then they will go to court and try to get reparations from the company. It will cost companies a lot in legal fees, because people ignore History.

Transparency is a good idea, will it work, I have my doubts.
