Un-like Facebook, no one can lay-off a Hive member. META is planing on a lot of layoffs for Facebook, of scaling back their operations on Facebook, Hive is still growing, scaling up, not down.

Steem keeps rolling along, but very slowly as it kind of went off the rails with Justin Sun, pretty much just sitting at the train yard not doing anything. Hive is still here, new members joining and old members returning.

I fell way behind on the hardfork issues this year due to illness, still I am looking forward the the RC delegation, I think it will be easier to delegate Resource Credits than to delegate Hive to new users, and have less impact on the account doing the delegating.
