Two hour wait for lunch in a diner, unheard of. I hope they gave you a discount for being patient. Me I would likely have gotten up and walked out as I saw the waitress finally bringing the food. (I have done that on long waits when I was younger, I do not think I would do it now especially if my wife is with me).
