Some things just take time, rehab can be pretty slow at times. I remember a car accident I was in that messed my back up. I tried several different rehab types of therapy, and then one day one of the rehab specialist asked if I could swim or work or water. So I went to a water rehab facility, and after almost two years of rehab, that water therapy did the trick for me, it was not cheap, but it worked.

Don't give up on the therapy, and keep trying different types of therapy, one may help more than the other.
