"love yourself as you are"
It makes life so much simpler, no need to grow, no need to learn. Like @ryivhnn said it used to mean something, but that was back when things were explained, now people see the words and not the meaning.
It is one of those phrases I never really liked, to many people did not understand it, and it came out as a platitude and an excuse to not improve yourself, after all you should love yourself as you are, and that is how people seemed to take it.
