Good luck on the session. Getting up and back on the proverbial horse is what it will take. You will know after the session what were the strong points, what was retained that you think may have been lost, and a more clear picture of where you need to focus more on your recovery.
Your writing has changed a little bit, mostly with more typos than before, I think you still have a lot of clarity in your writing and still have a good sense of style when it comes to photo selections for your writing.
This stand on your own training session would have had to happen sooner or later, and I personally think sooner is better, Once again good luck on the session, and if you have someone that could sit in and do a very real and serious critique of your session that would be very helpful for you, especially if your boss was able to slip someone in with out your knowledge.
