So many do not see the trap of renting, or they do, and prefer the convenience of being able to up-root when they like. I have been in the process of buying a home since age 27, never fully owning one, but then again I have never had a problem selling when I wanted to leave and live somewhere else. So up-rooting for convenience is not really a problem just because you are buying a home.
