Sorry to read about the speech people, but you have an idea of where you are at, at least. You still have a very good ability to write in a style that people seem to like, at least I enjoy your writing style.

So while the brain may not be able to get the words, thoughts, or ideas to the mouth in a timely manner, you can still semi verbalize via the written word. I know the written word is no real substitute for verbal expression and all the small nuances that go with it body language wise and other barely perceptible things, so there is a writing career possibility, even if it is just company training manual re-writes.
