It doesn't always happen as we had hoped.
Very true for token prices. I am still waiting on one token to start going back up, and still holding some for when it does.
hose sell bubble or no bubble is not always an easy thing, every time I had to sell I always looked for the price gap of what my house was estimated to be. If the estimate was at $185,000 I would look to see what the next lower price range was for similar homes in the area, and what was the next higher level of prices. So if I was in a 175,000-200,000 level and the next level down for homes was 135,000-150,000, and the next price level above was 245.000-275,000. Price ranges were running about a 25,000 gap then jumped to a 45,000 gap, so Even being valued at only $185,000 my listing price would halve been half the distance to the higher end, so a listing price of $210,000, there are always where ever you go people that will pay more for something just because they are price snobs/brand name snobs.
