Cherry Pie, any pie really, while not exactly the food of champions, it is a food of love. two trees I would love to have in a garden, a cherry tree and an apple tree, well maybe three trees, a lemon being the third. Apple Pie, Cherry Pie, and Lemon Meringue Pie.

I have never made a cherry pie that may be on the list during pie baking season, which for me is winter, I love right out of the oven fresh baked pie, and summer just seems to hot, I never did get into ice cream with pies concept even though ala-mode pies are big in the USA, for me fresh hot pie. Second day old refrigerator pie is pretty dang good also.
