The mask wearers could look happy with out a mask, they could look healthy with out a mask, but they are to afraid to take the mask off and attend a cocktail party of their own devising so they could elbow rub with gloat over the mask wearers, and have a good time glad handing each other and lording it over the others like demanding the press leave so someone could sit down and have a meal in peace in a restaurant.
