Yes totally from scratch, even the filling. My wife helps with making it, and it comes out very tasty, I have always loved the lemon filling in donuts or pie, one time I made just the filling to eat. Our chihuahua's loved it, they would get one small finger lick every time.

It looks good. We also liked to do chocolate swirl cheesecake. Cheese cake and chocolate go great together.
