Action 1, ask for food. Success The man who answered the door look up and down the street, then ushers Max inside. The family was cautious, but generous and provide a meal and some water bottles.
Action 2, max thanks the family and moves on to the next house. He is pleased that not all the people are raving lunatics so far. In the back of his mind though he wonders about the second man in the house, was he the father of the child left at home alone, Max only wonders because he thought he caught a glimpse of disdain toward the other man when Max was invited in and fed.
