We only recently got a high speed unlimited connection. Prior to that it was 3G and 4G connections, which we did not get until 2012. I do remember the days of dial-up, start a down load, go out and play in the garden or mow the lawn, come back in hope the connection held and is done, if not then go back out do something else, or watch a movie and then eventually that hacked program or that video you wanted to download made it. I kind of like the new fast lane internet life, compared to 8 years ago or even two years ago.
