Garden looks great.

Broken tool handles - Have you oiled them recently? When I was gardening I would at the end of season before storing them away wipe them down with a good coating of linseed oil, and then at the beginning of season give them another light coat and do that a few times during the season. Seemed to help as the wood would not overly dry out.

I love the sharp hot taste of fresh radishes, never used butter or salt, just popped them plain. Also I never heard of nor tried pickled radishes before, I may have to keep an eye out for a jar at the local stores and give them a try. I do like the little pickled pearl onions, so pickled radishes may be right up my alley.
