It looks like a place if I had 8 Mill I would like to buy. The price of 2.5 would need a bit more to repair, but I thought it was a beautiful looking place, very unique a few to many tiny rooms, but I am sure some could be made bigger. I hope it does sell, it would be a shame to lose a place like that to the vagaries of weather and people.
