There is and always will be the ability for individuals or groups to justify their action. There will almost always be individuals or groups that try to show the holes in the justifications. At the end of the day on Hive down votes are able to be used for what ever reason the down voter wants.

It is also a simple fact on Hive that most people, individuals or groups have no options when it comes to down votes that are utilized to control the narrative, to silence dissent or are outside the so-called bounds and reasons of the down vote system.

When an account is in the negative reputation it takes a dedicated individual or group to help that individual out of the negative reputation hole when it was not deserved. I know this from experience and from helping an account over on steem dig out from a malicious series of down votes. That individual I believe eventually left steem, he was a math teacher and I can not remember the account name.

I have no idea about the accounts I imaged, I did look at the fried egg post, I thought it was a good post, a few to many pictures for my liking, but still an o-kay post that really did not need to be down voted. It was not evident to me it was a vote farming scheme nor a circle voting account. I think the most votes that particular account had received in the 18 days of activity were 13.

There were no comments made as to why the poster was being down voted. I fully understand that down votes do not need to be justified anymore than up votes. !You need to understand that when YOU slam a tiny new account down to negative reputation with out explanation of why, Normal people are going to question the motivations behind the excessive down vote.

This and theses type comments and post are the ONLY manner in which the small accounts can obtain a little bit of understanding behind the excessive down votes. I believe that plagiarist should be down voted to the maximum extent needed, I believe they should be driven off the platform, I also know that the investors do not really give a shit about plagiarist, at least one, when pointed out that a certain investor had given an excessive reward to a post that was plagiarized content and claimed to be the posters own work, his response was The vote stands, I like Cats.

I still have and take issue with any excessive down vote or down voter that does not take the common decency to on that first seeming excessive down vote to state why it was down voted.

I have not seen any honest justified reason for the excessive down votes on this posters account. There were a few well rewarded post of his, and yes I can see and understand the down vote for excessive reward, what you and the other down voters seem to think is that once you are justified for one excessive reward down vote that All rewards must be removed from each and every post the individual makes. That you need to remove all rewards not for excessive rewards or reward disputes, but you continue to down vote all the post to ZERO because you can, to teach a lesson??? What lesson are you teaching??? All the continued unjustified down voting is just that unjustified and unjustifiable on your part, at least in my opinion and from my viewpoint and perspective.

But you HAVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE HOW YOU WANT TO, just understand that there will be people that see the vote and and wonder and question your down vote, whether they have the moral conviction to question it out loud or in writing is another thing.
