It is our memorial Day weekend, so a long weekend. For us, as is typical it started to rain Friday evening, and continues at this time to be raining. This is actually good, not so good for the people that like parades, or camping, but good for the land. If on Tuesday morning there is no ice on the ground then it is safe to start our planting season. The rain should stop Sunday evening giving the weekenders some nice end of weekend joy and leave them with good memories, and the memory of how the weekend started for them washed away.

I have been seeing more and more pictures and videos of happy smiling people from various parts of the world. The mask are coming off, and people are re-learning how to have some joy in their lives.
