MUSIC IS OUR REMEDY
Nowadays, music is one of the management tool that makes people relieve from stress and anxiety. Music makes us communicate and have a good relationship with other people. We can express ourselves, feelings, emotions and even experiences through playing, listening and even composing music or songs. There is no doubt why Filipinos are good at singing and can compete internationally because even we are at worst we tend to make music out of it and a certain situation doesn't affect how we think things and instead it makes us inspired and to improve our selves from the mistakes or mishaps that might happen unintentionally or intentionally.
Listening to music can have a tremendously relaxing effect on our minds and bodies, especially slow, quiet classical music. It always depend on the type of music that an individual wanted to listen to. This type of music can have a beneficial effect on our physiological functions, slowing the pulse and heart rate, lowering blood pressure, and decreasing the levels of stress hormones.
As music can absorb our attention, it acts as a distraction at the same time it helps to explore emotions. This means it can be a great aid to meditation, helping to prevent the mind wandering. That is why music is very important tool to relieve stress and contemplate things to come up for an effective, reasonable, acceptable and reliable decisions or ideas.
