According to one part of the clip a good owner will never release the dog to walk in bad weather apparently this is a saying for the lazy present owners who do not want to bother with the fact that the dog will have to wash his paws after a walk.
But apparently in the villages, this saying refers not only to dogs in bad weather it is very difficult to see someone on the street, everyone is sitting in the jaws.
There are many such saying But not one of them says that bad weather is a good time for creativity.
We can say that along with clouds your ideas are running along the sky which are intertwined with silhouettes of sullen trees.
You cannot dig a garden but you can work on your thoughts or on the photos taken earlier.
Yes I believe that most villagers are engaged in creativity on such days, lol.
