Oversight and excessive savings.

A person who does not know me very well may get the impression, after reading my posts, that I imagine myself a great critic who criticizes everything that wilts lol, but this is only an appearance.

My posts are, first of all, a reminder to me personally about what can be right and what will be a mistake, because I am a person who has made many mistakes in my life and continue to make them periodically, even having visual reminders in the form of my own posts lol.

But, nevertheless, perhaps, before making another mistake, I will remember what I thought about and what I wrote and illustrated the situation with photographs, this will not completely eliminate errors, but can reduce their number, I hope.

Today I decided to turn my attention to some nuances associated with the construction and maintenance of my own house, the construction of which I have frozen for now.

The main mistakes I can encounter are related to oversight and excessive savings.

I noticed a house whose walls are saturated with dampness, and precipitation constantly wets the walls because the roof slope does not protrude beyond its limits but is flush with the outer walls.

This would not have happened if the roof surface protruded 70 centimeters, or even better, a meter beyond the walls.

But, this is a lot of money if you take into account the perimeter of the house.

Such savings and oversight can be seen in the situation with the eastern pipe, the drain from which is not thought out carefully and rainwater gets on both the walls and the foundation of the house, which is very bad.

The man tried to somehow correct that mistake, but his efforts look ridiculous.

And, a very unpleasant oversight, which was the result of excessive moisture at the boundary of the earth-foundation, is a tree that grew under the wall of the house.

At an early stage, it might have been possible to fight this, but with each passing year it becomes more and more difficult and can lead to cracking of the foundation, and on the materials from which this foundation was built, apparently, they definitely saved.

Material thoughts about beekeeping №1

When I visited dense forests, I did not see ideal conditions for bees there, but many beekeepers harvest beekeeping products in such places.
