My landscapes - Issue 72 from 11.22.2023 + contest for everyone who wants to share a landscape.
I think that no one will argue with the fact that it is nice to live in a house whose windows overlook picturesque landscapes and not a garbage dump, or a brick wall, but this also happens there happy people can live lol.
But I wonder if people whose house is located in a wonderful place think that the house itself can look terrible and spoil the overall picture of the landscape turning it into something unintelligible.
On the one hand when an architect wants a building to fit into the landscape he can try to make everything look more or less harmonious.
For example by providing more glass and less concrete, an interesting roof but in practice this happens extremely rarely and in the middle of a magnificent landscape we see a typical high-rise building made of reinforced concrete panels.
These structures may withstand the tremors characteristic of the area but they completely fall out of my idea of the beauty of architecture the purpose of which is to create comfort and harmony of human life in the middle of a natural reserve as in this case.
