Yesterday, I decided to arrange a small expedition to the center of our city. to the old part and look for interesting architectural solutions.
But when I approached the minibus stop, it started snowing and it got colder.
I am very sorry, that he had not put on a winter jacket and decided that there was no urgent need to tempt fate, it would be better to stay healthy, turned around and went home.
I resigned myself to the fact that my camera's memory card would remain empty, but that was premature.
On one of the streets, when I was returning home, I heard the cry of a bird similar to a grunting nightingale, the cry of a croaking hawk and the hum of a sparrow, lol.
I went towards this sound.
On a high hazel, I saw a large bird, which I think you know well, it is called Jay, or Garrulus glandarius.
It took me a while to realize that it was a chick. I found her faded color strange, but I was not sure.
As I said, the bird was large and it was constantly screaming, the impression was created that it sounded like a venil record. which got stuck in the gramophone.
I managed to take several photographs and at some point, the screams stopped
A few seconds later, a second jay appeared on the branch, as it turned out, it was the mother of the chick, who was going to feed her huge cub.
But, the feeding process, I think, deserves a separate post.
This was the case when defeat becomes our victory.
In the end, I was glad I didn't wear a winter jacket.
