Yes, everything is different in summer, not to mention the summer warmth and the scent of herbs; even the horizon feels different.
Standing before an open horizon in winter makes you want to hide somewhere, away from the piercing wind and the empty space.
Even a chain-link fence, which a priori can't hold back the gusts of wind, imparts a certain sense of calm on a mental level, and once behind it, you don't even want to look at the horizon. Lol.
