City dwellers are used to seeing chicken frozen, or floating in broth, or fried with a golden crust.
Many of them consider hens to be stupid creatures that are designed to fill our stomachs.
The word "Bird" is rarely applied to hens.
Even, there is a saying that says that a chicken is not a bird, but a sausage, it is not meat.
But, they are very mistaken.
Just look at this rooster!
I saw a flock of hens that grazed in the private sector of our city.
While the hens were grazing, the rooster was watching vigilantly around the world around them, he was waiting for danger and did not touch the food.
He did not lower his head, not for a second.
This is a caring head of the family.
I experienced a great sense of respect for this bird, with a capital letter!
Besides the fact that this gentleman bears a huge responsibility, I saw how beautiful he is.
