No kidding!! The UP is in it's own winter vortex! haha But it's true, I was never cold in Iceland in a 'winter cold' way. I only ever wore a light rain coat with a couple thin layers underneath. Gloves, hat, scarf for me too, but those are my 'chilly parts' haha.
