Yes those are the rules of 'private' beaches and it really is more for when the tide is high. And I could understand MAYBE if it was a place people liked to cause trouble or better yet if the home-owners ever used the beach! But that security guard just sits there...making sure no one touches a grain of sand on their beach. oh well, their choice i guess.
