I fail to see how the verses you quoted have anything to do with the video. Yes, God can seem far away if we neglect God. If we consistently engage in the spiritual disciplines of prayer, Bible reading, church attendance, and obedience then God never seems far away.

I also listen to Bible based Christian music. I find that it feeds me spiritually.
