The Holy Spirit doesn't come when called. The Spirit may fill us temporarily during worship. But if you wish to be guided by the Spirit you need to engage in spiritual disciplines regularly for years--those include daily prayer, regular worship, daily Bible reading, and continuing to grow in obedience.
