They're not only misinterpreting scripture but they show their evil nature by wanting people to die rather than get blood transfusions or organ donations. Jesus said that the Sabbath was made for man. Not man for the Sabbath. Jesus talked about how when David and his companions were hungry they ate bread that was legal only for priests to eat. Yet Jesus didn't condemn them. Jesus healed on the Sabbath too.
My first wife had a kidney transplant when she was 18. She accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior when she was 20. We were married that year. She passed away when she was 30. She touched a lot of lives in positive ways. Especially my own.
