God promised Israel that he would bless them abundantly if they were obedient. That includes their harvests and their wombs. God promised them that no womb would be barren. God promised them that he wouldn't inflict on them the diseases that he inflicted on the Egyptians.

It should be obvious that none of those promises apply to the church. Or the New Testament would echo those promises. And it doesn't.
