You're really being deceptive by not even posting the entire passage.
(Mark 1:35-38 NIV) Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed. {36} Simon and his companions went to look for him, {37} and when they found him, they exclaimed: "Everyone is looking for you!" {38} Jesus replied, "Let us go somewhere else--to the nearby villages--so I can preach there also. That is why I have come."
Jesus gave up doing what was good to do something that was more important.
It's not an accurate conclusion to say that we should seek Jesus in the morning too. It's not better or worse to seek God in the morning. Just so we seek him regularly.
The people were bringing those who wanted to be healed. That's why they were there in the morning. Jesus was going somewhere else to preach the gospel.
