Drinking alcohol isn't sinful. Only drunkenness is sinful. Smoking isn't a good idea but it's hard to consider it sin. It would be better if the woman in the illustration was more modestly dressed but even that doesn't bother me that much.

I would have a much bigger problem if the woman goes to church and carries a Bible but she's a gossip who destroys the reputation of other people. Or she refuses to forgive her husband for things he said or did years ago. Or she sees God as Santa Claus and only follows out of greed. Or she thinks she's better than other people.
