I don't believe in divine health or divine healing. God can still cause someone to get better whether they go to a doctor or not but people shouldn't depend on God healing them. If you get a major illness it can be because God is teaching you something. If God wanted to, he could prevent you from getting sick in the first place. There can be many times when God worked in our lives and we never saw it.
