I wasn't asking it as a question to you....I was explaining the 'mean' part in the second para. You seem keen to extract meaning and pounce. You are simply repeating yourself, as you say!

I read his posts, yes. I read his grandiose statements, yes. I don't pay them much heed, nor see them as negative reflections upon myself or everyone else on Hive/in the world. I recognise that they can be seen as provocative, sure. I read the content without being influenced by the grandiosity. I liked the content and consider it of value. Again, I can see where you are drawing the cult image from, but that seems a cheap shot.

You may be a gatekeeper for your project and I accept your 'authority' there and privilege to define terms (eg what 'work' is, what you consider relevant etc). Outside of that, things are different.

I too now think this is pointless.
