Hello @ablaze, I ask permission to join the conversation, because I found this idea very interesting. A meeting to listen to new songs and share some musical thoughts. It's perfect for me because maybe I was getting stuck listening to the same thing.

I met Seasick Steve on a video with Jack White. Despite the fact that in the middle of the song the sound runs out, he still continues to play and people acclaim him for his invincible heart in the face of adversity and his ability to keep the tempo.

Of this selection of 3 songs, the one I liked the most was the second, the improvisation.

The musicality of this man is incredible, you give him a stick and a cable and he makes it sound cool. I realized that he has the blues in his bones (he creates new instruments that vibrate according to it). What a great worker.

As for his technique, I particularly love it when he freaks out on that slide.

Following in a similar line of guitarists, you may already know him, I've been listening to him and I recommend Cam Cole, a smooth guy who is also a true monster.
