I am noticing an increasingly strong and urgent tendency towards the abstract - urgent in the sense of a need to express what I have inside.
So although my plans were to start painting figurative works with oil I must also attend to those intense forces that lead me to the abstract. I'm doing both, by the way.
These two are from some time ago, which I also made because of a strong internal impetus at that time. It is not my intention to make abstract works and I don't know if I could consider them works of art but I must say that I love to make them and see them. Maybe they are like a kind of small internal storm that I have to put down on paper, more like that than a work of art.
