I usually do art at night, I always did it that way and I still keep it. The day is to do other things, I don't know .... It's not easy for me to focus on painting during daytime hours but since I also do photography that is what I do almost every afternoon :))))).
So here I'm right now, at my drawing board at 12am. My table is a mess because I make 10 (or more) drawings at a time with different materials and I complete them little by little. Although these days I have been with this notebook.
Once a month I go to the capital of San Juan and this year I have been buying different types of markers and highlighters, some for dark paper, others pastel, some water-based and others indelible, or whatever that I find interesting . I'm obsessive about trying new materials, tools and bases and mixing with things I already know.
In my trips to the city I've been looking for a notebook with smooth sheets and a hard cover and after several failures this is the one I got. I knew perfectly which one I wanted because I have one like that, old and used and it's not exactly what I was looking for but it works very well with markers. The sheets are not very thin or very thick and although they are not of high quality I liked them very much.
