Hola a toda la hermosa familia de Hive , especialmente está familia de motherhood, muy feliz de seguir compartiendo con ustedes pedacitos de mi vida.

Tomar la decisión de salir de mi país no fue nada sencillo y entre tantos miedos que se nos presentan estaba el cómo se sentirían mis hijas en un lugar extraño lejos de su familia, amigos, conocidos…

Lejos de su hogar donde tenían todas sus cosas: su cuarto, sus camas, sus clósets, sus rutinas, sus abuelos, su vida…

Making the decision to leave my country was not easy and among so many fears that we had was how my daughters would feel in a strange place away from their family, friends, acquaintances ....

Away from their home where they had all their things: their room, their beds, their closets, their routines, in short, their life...

EL VIAJE || THE TRIP

Nuestra travesía estaba pautada para 7 días de viaje:

Día 1: Cubriríamos la ruta Caracas hasta Puerto Ordaz, salimos a las 6:00 am y llegamos a las 10:00 pm a la posada.

Día 2: La ruta era Pto Ordaz hasta Santa Elena de Uairen igualmente unas 13 o 14 horas de viaje, esos 2 días nos trasladamos en una camionetita con unos asientos no muy cómodos verdaderamente. Sin embargo, íbamos contemplando el paisaje, conversando y comiendo algunos snacks que teníamos dispuestos para la travesía.

Las niñas estaban felices, no hicieron queja alguna durante el viaje a pesar de la incomodidad de los asientos, pues los paisajes y las paradas que hacíamos nos daba un cierto toque de estar disfrutando de un viaje de vacaciones.

Día 3: Este día fue especial pues por primera vez tocábamos suelo que no fuese venezolano, salimos de la posada en Santa Elena y en unos escasos 40 min ya estábamos en tierra brasilera, allí nos tomamos la típica foto en el límite Venezuela-Brasil.

Our trip was scheduled for 7 days of travel:

Day 1: We would cover the route Caracas to Puerto Ordaz, we left at 6:00 am and arrived at 10:00 pm at the lodge.

Day 2: The route was Puerto Ordaz to Santa Elena de Uairen also about 13 or 14 hours of travel, those 2 days we traveled in a small van with seats not really very comfortable. However, we were contemplating the scenery, talking and eating some snacks that we had prepared for the trip.

The girls were happy, they made no complaints during the trip despite the uncomfortable seats, because the scenery and the stops we made gave us a certain touch of enjoying a vacation trip.

Day 3: This day was special because for the first time we touched land that was not Venezuelan, we left the inn in Santa Elena and in about 40 minutes we were already on Brazilian soil, there we took the typical photo at the Venezuela-Brazil border.

Nuestro trámite en tierra brasilera fue súmamente rápido ya a las 11:00 am todo estaba listo, estuvimos en una posada donde se guardó el equipaje y nos dio oportunidad de almorzar en un restaurant que estaba cerca, las niñas estaban calladas pero yo podía ver cómo disfrutaban los espacios que visitábamos y sobre todo los almuerzos, ya que, en Venezuela lamentable tanto las porciones como la variedad de alimentos era escasa, incluso en algún momento comentaron: mami con esto comeriamos 3 días en casa .

Ese mismo día a las 2:00 pm salimos rumbo a Boa Vista, esta vez en unos autobuses súper cómodos espaciosos,con wifi, con puerto para cargar los cell mis hijas se sentían en la gloria, no lo decían pero sus caritas y su actitud lo decía todo.

Our procedure in Brazilian land was extremely fast and at 11:00 am everything was ready, we were in an inn where the luggage was stored and gave us the opportunity to have lunch at a restaurant that was nearby, the girls were quiet but I could see how they enjoyed the places we visited and especially the lunches, since, in Venezuela both the portions and the variety of food was scarce, even at some point commented: mommy with this we would eat 3 days at home.

That same day at 2:00 pm we left for Boa Vista, this time in a super comfortable, spacious buses, with wifi, with port to charge the cell my daughters felt in glory, they did not say it but their faces and their attitude said it all.

Debo reconocer además que este fue un tiempo de compartir, no les puedo negar que soy una mamá fastidiosa siempre dando instrucciones y para serles honesta siempre ando peleando, llamándole la atención a las niñas por casi todo.

Y estos días de paseo, de comer, conocer nos ayudó a tener un tiempo diferente… más de compartir, de compenetrarnos y de olvidarnos un poco de la cotidianidad.

Llegamos como a las 7 de la noche a Boa Vista, mis hijas encantadas con las tiendas, la variedad de productos, los artículos que nunca habíamos visto y en fin con todo lo nuevo que nos regalaba Brasil ah y además el plus todos hablando portugués a mi hija le encantaba pedir en español y ver como no le entendían.

A las 8:00 pm salimos a Manaos este iba a ser un recorrido mucho más largo debíamos llegar al día siguiente a las 10:00am

Día 4-5: nos tomó el día 4 en la carretera y a eso de las 10:00 am llegamos a Manaos fuimos rumbo a una posada y allí estuvimos 2 días dándonos unos banquetes con la comida y el sazón de Brasil.

Día 6: salimos a las 5:00pm y a las 7:00pm llegamos a Porto Bello un aeropuerto dónde debíamos hacer escala, rápidamente a las 8:00 era el vuelo hacia Sao Paulo y llegamos a las 10:00 pm segun mi reloj, pero al bajar eran las 11:00pm por el cambio de huso horario.

Día 7: El día 7 lo recibimos en el aeropuerto de Sao Paulo llegamos a las 11:00pm , allí fuimos a un Starbucks un lugar que mis hijas disfrutaron mucho su carita de felicidad era mi vida.

I must also admit that this was a time of sharing, I can't deny that I am a nagging mom always giving instructions and to be honest I am always fighting, calling the attention to the girls for almost everything.

And these days of walking, eating and getting to know each other helped us to have a different time... more time to share, to get to know each other and to forget a little bit about the daily routine.

We arrived at about 7:00 pm in Boa Vista, my daughters were delighted with the stores, the variety of products, the items we had never seen before and everything new that Brazil was giving us, plus everyone spoke Portuguese, my daughter loved to ask in Spanish and see how they did not understand her.

At 8:00 pm we left for Manaus this was going to be a much longer trip we had to arrive the next day at 10:00am.

Day 4-5: it took us day 4 on the road and at about 10:00 am we arrived in Manaus we went to a posada and there we spent 2 days feasting on the food and seasoning of Brazil.

Day 6: we left at 5:00 pm and at 7:00 pm we arrived at Porto Bello airport where we had to make a stopover, quickly at 8:00 was the flight to Sao Paulo and we arrived at 10:00 pm according to my watch, but when we got off it was 11:00 pm because of the time change.

Day 7: On day 7 we arrived at the airport in Sao Paulo at 11:00 pm, there we went to a Starbucks, a place that my daughters enjoyed a lot, their happy faces were my life.

A las 7:00am salimos rumbo Buenos Aires , a las 10:00am ya estábamos en la Ciudad de la Furia.

At 7:00am we left for Buenos Aires, at 10:00am we were already in the City of Fury.

QUE LUGAR TAN LINDO MAMI || WHAT A NICE PLACE MOMMY

Al llegar pudimos observar lo hermoso de la ciudad, sus calles, sus edificaciones, su gente. Gente muy amable y educada, la ciudad tiene un aspecto antiguo, muchos edificios son sencillamente imponentes por su tamaño y estructura.

Upon arrival we were able to observe the beauty of the city, its streets, its buildings, its people. Very friendly and polite people, the city has an ancient aspect, many buildings are simply imposing for their size and structure.

La ciudad está organizada por calles generalmente muy largas y cada edificación de señala con un número lo que hace prácticamente imposible no encontrar una dirección o perderse .

Sus aceras casi todas son de losas y algunas de piedra, lo que le da un aspecto europeo a las caminatas que se pueden hacer de hasta 10 cuadras si no te das cuenta, pues todo es plano.

Mis hijas caminan por las calles admirando todo, disfrutando lo hermoso de la ciudad, de sus sitios para visitar.

The city is organized by streets generally very long and each building is marked with a number which makes it practically impossible not to find an address or get lost.

Its sidewalks are almost all made of flagstones and some of stone, which gives a European look to the walks that can be up to 10 blocks long if you don't notice, because everything is flat.

My daughters walk through the streets admiring everything, enjoying the beauty of the city, its places to visit.

Buenos Aires tiene múltiples lugares para recorrer, para hacer un paseo y pasar un lindo día sin mucho gasto además.

Otro aspecto que nos llamó la atención es que es una ciudad nocturna, acá es usual ver cursos que inician a las 8:00pm cuando uno piensa que es hora de ir a la cama acá están asistiendo a gimnasios, a la plaza a trotar, a tomarse unas cervezas y al día siguiente igual ir a trabajar.

Una noche conocimos Palermo, calles de piedra y locales adornados con muchas luces, ahorita estamos en otoño y la temperatura puede bajar un poco estos días, entonces muchos de los locales tienen calefacción en sus exteriores así que puedes estar al aire libre en 12° y estar muy cómodos.

Buenos Aires has many places to visit, to take a walk and spend a nice day without spending too much money.

Another aspect that caught our attention is that it is a night city, here it is usual to see courses that start at 8:00 pm when you think it's time to go to bed here are attending gyms, jogging in the square, having a few beers and the next day go to work.

One night we met Palermo, stone streets and shops decorated with lots of lights, now we are in autumn and the temperature can drop a little these days, so many of the shops have outdoor heating so you can be outdoors in 12 ° and be very comfortable.

Buenos Aires tiene largas avenidas y altas edificaciones pero cada cierta cantidad de cuadras siempre encontrarás una plaza , un pequeño pulmón dónde puede entrar el sol y despejar el ambiente.

Buenos Aires has long avenues and tall buildings but every few blocks you will always find a square, a small lung where the sun can enter and clear the air.

Siempre hay algo que ver y algo que fotografiar, es una ciudad movida… mis hijas mientras caminamos me dicen que les parece hermoso el lugar, que les gusta la ciudad, mi corazón se alegra cuando me dicen Mami nos encanta este lugar.

Aún tenemos mucho trecho por recorrer y llena de fe y optimismo avanzamos hacia adelante… el hoy hay que vivirlo, disfrutarlo, atesorarlo.

There is always something to see and something to photograph, it is a lively city... my daughters while we walk tell me that they find the place beautiful, that they like the city, my heart rejoices when they tell me Mommy we love this place.

We still have a long way to go and full of faith and optimism we move forward... today must be lived, enjoyed and treasured.
