Night in Sevastopol

This is our first night in Sevastopol. After we got off the train, we wandered around the city for about 14 kilometers. Of course, we were tired, but the emotional upsurge did not give rest and part of the night we also wandered.
What do you think these people are doing at night in the corner of this building? One cheerful person set up musical equipment and turned on recordings of songs from the old days. Those figures that are blurred dance with pleasure to this music of the 80s.

Это наша первая ночь в Севастополе. После того, как мы сошли с поезда, мы бродили по городу около 14 километров. Конечно, мы устали, но эмоциональный подъём не давал покоя и часть ночи мы тоже бродили.
Как вы думаете, что делают эти люди ночью в углу этого здания? Один весёлый человек установил музыкальную аппаратуру и включил записи песен старых времён. Те фигуры, которые размыты с удовольствием танцуют под эту музыку 80-х годов.

The nightlife of the city is filled with cordiality, music, fun. Of course, most of the indigenous townspeople are already sleeping, they have to go to work tomorrow and do business. Mostly guests of the city and tourists walk in the park and along the embankments. And they have things to do and things to see. The beauty of the city at night is mesmerizing.

Ночная жизнь города наполнена радушием, музыкой, весельем. Конечно, большинство коренных горожан уже спят, им завтра идти на работу и заниматься делами. В основном в парке и по набережным гуляют гости города и туристы. И им есть, чем заняться и на что посмотреть. Красота ночного города завораживает.

Do you see ghosts in the last photo? They are also walking and came to the stairs (although they can fly). They are looking for quiet, calm corners of the park. Not everyone likes loud music.

Вы видите на последнем фото привидения? Они тоже прогуливаются и подошли к лестнице (хоть и умеют летать). Они ищут тихие спокойные уголки парка. Не всем нравится громкая музыка.

The symbol of Sevastopol (the monument to the scuttled ships) is even more expressive at night. Too bad I can't take it off the water. Next time I will try to find a boatman or boat who will agree to a night cruise to this monument.

Символ Севастополя (памятник затопленным кораблям) ночью ещё более выразителен. Жаль, что я не могу снять его с воды. В следующий раз я попробую найти лодочника или катер, который согласится на ночной рейс к этому памятнику.

The monument to Admiral Pavel Stepanovich Nakhimov is calm and monumental. He stands at the beginning of the avenue bearing his name. We will also walk along this avenue at night, but it will be another night.

Памятник адмиралу Павлу Степановичу Нахимову спокоен и монументален. Он стоит в начале проспекта, носящего его имя. Мы тоже пройдём ночью по этому проспекту, но это будет уже другая ночь.
