The winter landscape does not have a variety of colors, unless it is bright sunshine and blue skies. This year we had a lot of snow and little sun. Therefore, nature appears to us more often in the monochrome version.
So I processed these photos in black and white and added a high key. If snow falls or a blizzard sweeps at all, then a high key is obtained naturally.
I remember exactly that when processing in a high key, there should not be anything black in the photo. Only white color and gray tones of a certain intensity. I do not remember the exact degree of intensity, but I think that I did not violate the established canons.
The photographs were taken at the beginning of January of this year on Lake Glubokoe. I went out on the ice and there was really a lot of white in a high key.
Зимний пейзаж не имеет многообразия цветов, если только не яркий солнечный цвет и голубое небо. В этом году у нас было много снега и мало солнца. Поэтому природа предстаёт нам чаще в варианте монохром.
Поэтому я обработал эти фотографии в чёрно-белом стиле и добавил стиль высокий ключ. Если падает снег или вообще метёт метель, то высокий ключ получается естественным образом.
Я точно помню, что при обработке в высоком ключе на фото не должно быть ничего чёрного. Только белый цвет и серые тона определённой интенсивности. Я не помню точную степень интенсивности, но думаю, что не нарушил установленных канонов.
Фотографии получены в начале января этого года на озере Глубокое. Я вышел на лёд и там действительно было много белого в высоком ключе.
