Dear Erik, after this video and the maytrium from @kaeptn-iglo i was healed from veganism by igloism.
It must be quite difficult for spanish speaking people to understand the austrian-south-german accent by this honorable member @kaeptn-iglo.
He is not a viking, but he looks like:)).
