A friend sent the white paper to me a couple of weeks ago. It's an interesting proposal given the fact that it solves (partially) an issue with Content Delivery Networks and it decentralizes them.
The team running it seems already overwhelmed with their main business http://Sliver.TV but in all honesty it's a good proposal.
