POE is an interesting coin. Interesting dips on the 30m and 15m bollinger bands. MAC D line is showing a potential shift in an uptrend. I'll be watching this coin to see how it changes direction. If you look at the history, it has stayed relatively true to the bolinger bands. Dips at the lowest and peaks at the highest.
