called it "varză" which can be literally translated as cabbage.😅
in Italy when we are in a bad situation we say "cavolo!" (cabbage!) and in this case, we are faced with a group of dangerous masked warriors!
The masks represent earthly and non-earthly animals.
They are in rituals to send death away and also to scare people to death.☠️
in the city of Bania there is a party that aims to
overturn the order of the world, almost a kind of carnival where people become animals, demons and gods, there are no more social orders there is only chaos🤯
these masks have returned to Romanian pop culture thanks to a group of musicians who use them as a logo.
they really did a lot of super colorful versions of the masks, super aesthetic!!🧚♀️

to create tall grass i used the pasta label once again.😂
For the masks, I worked with the head of a sheep from the Japanese cover of the famous novel by Phillip k. Dick🐑 and the body of the warriors is taken from a Japanese demon👹
one of the hardest things was modeling the mask!
I wasn't sure how to create it properly from scratch and i tried various ways of making it starting from the head of various animals.
in some cases, rather than creating from zero and risking wasting a lot of time, I prefer to start from a "base"
the mask I created changes slightly from the traditional one, we can say it's my personal version of it.🧑🎨
