We are advancing in terms of technology. There have been so many innovations. We have to understand a science fact that more than 75 percent of the world is covered with Water. It is surprising to see that we don't have efficient submarines that are suitable for human travel. I wouldn't say that there are no submarines at all, but the point is that they are not in regular use. This question was asked to Elon Musk, and he said that the demand for it is very low and there is no big consumer industry for the same. I was wondering if it can be the case for space research as well. Lots of money is being spent on that, but the consumer base is much smaller compared to the other requirements.

I got curious about this topic because what if there are vehicles that can travel both inside and outside water. This will help explore many places across the world. The fuel source should also be just water, where Hydrogen should become the fuel. This way it will be easier to get more efficiency, and travelling shouldn't be a problem. This will not only be helpful for the regular commute, but it will also be helpful for exploring the ocean world to see and learn many things about the water world. There are so many caves inside the water, and they are yet to be explored. With the help of water vehicles like these, it will be great to explore.
I was also thinking that it may not even be necessary for someone to be inside the vehicle or drive the vehicle. Of course, humans traveling in such vehicles would be amazing as well, but for exploration, unmanned vehicles are also perfect. I understand that it is very hard to bring this to reality because there are so many things to be considered and so many parameters to be taken care of. But this is just a cool idea on which I wanted to give my thoughts.
