My Hive stake is slowly increasing. I have been saving the rewards that I get from the post payout and have been powering up slowly. I'm also looking forward to getting my HP to 10,000 in the near future so that my votes will have some good value. As a simple step towards that target, I have been powering up my hive tokens slowly. Today I powered up 200 Hive tokens leaving around 50 Hive tokens as a liquid. My current total Hive is 7851 which is slowly nearing my target.
Recently I converted my HBD to Hive tokens and got around 150 Hive tokens from that conversion. I was thinking of doing some flipping game with the liquid hive from HBD to hive and hive to HBD but it looks like it was not happening. The Hive was simply staying there in the market as an order giving no profit from it.
I then decided to put my Hive into use instead of having them as an order in the market. That is the reason I powered it up. I guess Hive is going to be a good investment for the future. There are many new projects emerging out of the blockchain and people are very active on this platform. If not today I believe that Hive can have some great value in the future.
There was a good pump in the price of Hive tokens today. I was observing this on Bittrex. I currently hold some Hive with me in the exchange which I bought when the price was around 1550 Satoshi. I'm not tempted to sell the for this price. I personally feel that the current price itself is a great price for selling but something says that this time Hive price is going to cross 2000 mark which is what makes me feel that I should wait now and not sell the Hive tokens.
I'm not even sure if the price will pump or someone will again dump lots of tokens and drop the token value. I'm going to be placing a sell order in the market for 1885 Satoshi and leave it for now. If the value pumps beyond that, I will be happy to reap the profit. If the value doesn't touch that mark, then I will be more than happy to just wait. But the point is that I don't want to feel the FOMO by not placing the sell order. Even if I sell now, I can always wait again to make a purchase again when the price reaches 1200 or 1500 again which is happening frequently.
