Yes, I was also thinking the same. I sometimes reply to the comments on my posts and to the replies that people make on my comments. It somehow adds up and gets me to that list.

You can probably try apps like Engage, that helps you not miss any of the comments/replies on your posts/comments unless you manually choose to ignore.
